  1. What is Nazeel Platform? 
    Nazeel Platform is an e-commerce platform developed by Saudi Post (SPL) in collaboration with General Prison Director, facilitating the delivery of essential items to inmates across prisons in Saudi Arabia.
  2. How does Nazeel Platform work? 
    Customers can visit the Nazeel Platform website, browse through available products, make purchases, and provide necessary information for delivery to the intended recipient in prison. SPL handles the logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  3. What items can be sent through Nazeel Platform?
    Nazeel Platform offers a selection of approved items that can be sent to prisoners as per the regulations set by General Prisons Director. These items typically include essentials such as personal care products, clothing, and snacks.
  4. How can I track my order? 
    Once your order is placed, in your account in Nazeel platform you will be able to track the shipment as you will receive an SMS of your shipment status once it is been delivered. You can also use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the SPL website or contact our customer support team for assistance.
  5. What happens if the prison or recipient refuses to accept the delivery?
    If the delivery is refused by the recipient (prisoner) for any reason, the customer will be refunded for the products only. Delivery charges will not be refunded in such cases.
  6. What if the prisoner receives the wrong product or there is an issue with my order? 
    If the prisoner receives incorrect products or encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
  7. How long does delivery take?
    Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the recipient prison and other factors. Our team strives to deliver orders as quickly as possible while adhering to security protocols.
  8. Is there a limit on the number of items I can order? 
    General Prison regulations may impose limits on the quantity and type of items that can be sent to prisoners. Please refer to the guidelines provided on the Nazeel Platform or contact our customer support team for clarification.
  9. How can I recommend a new product to be available on Nazeel Platform?
    If you have a suggestion for a new product that you believe would be beneficial for inmates and compliant with General Prison regulations, you can recommend it through two channels:
    • Provide feedback directly on the Nazeel Platform. Look for the feedback section where you can suggest new products or improvements to existing ones.
    • Contact SPL customer care via phone, email, or social media. Our dedicated team will review your recommendation and consider it for inclusion in the Nazeel Platform's product offerings. Your input is valuable in helping us enhance our service and meet the needs of our customers.
