Before you continue using our services, it is essential that you read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions as part of our service policy.

  1. Acknowledgment of Service Purpose: I understand that the Nazeel Platform is designed to facilitate the purchase and delivery of approved items to individuals currently detained in specified prison facilities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This service is provided to ensure that prisoners can receive support and goods from their families and friends in a secure and approved manner.
  2. Confirmation of Sender Information: I confirm that I have provided my accurate information, including my full name and ID/Iqama number, as the sender. I understand that this information is necessary for the completion and security of the transaction.
  3. Confirmation of Prisoner Information: I hereby acknowledge that I have accurately provided the full name of the prisoner, their ID/Iqama number, the name of the prison where the prisoner is currently held, and the wing number. I understand that these details are crucial for the successful delivery of items and that any inaccuracies may lead to delivery delays or an inability to complete the delivery.
  4. Frequent Sending Limitations: I confirm that there are restrictions on the frequency of sending for each available item on the Nazeel Platform. I understand that these limitations vary from item to item, and it is my responsibility to be aware of the specified limits and comply with them for each item. I agree to adhere to these restrictions.
  5. Understanding the Delivery Process: I acknowledge that the purchased items will be delivered via Saudi Post, according to their logistics and delivery protocols. I understand that the delivery duration may vary based on the prison's allowed times.
  6. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: I agree to the terms of use of the Nazeel Platform, the privacy policy, data processing, platform usage, and the terms under which the service is provided.
  7. Refund Policy for Undelivered Shipments: In the event of a failed delivery for any reason, a refund will be issued only for product purchases, while delivery charges will not be refunded. I agree that this policy applies to all my purchases through the Nazeel Platform, and I am responsible for familiarizing myself with the refund terms before completing the purchase.
  8. Responsibility of Saudi Post for the Delivery Process: I understand and acknowledge that Saudi Post is responsible for delivering the shipment to its destination. The role of Saudi Post is to ensure the transfer of purchased items to the specified prison facility. I also understand that if the prison facility rejects the shipment for any reason, Saudi Post is not responsible for this rejection, and any issues related to the acceptance of items within the prison are beyond the control of Saudi Post.
  9. Acknowledgment of General Prison Rules: I confirm that I am responsible for familiarizing myself with the rules and regulations established by the General Prison and complying with them. This includes understanding that the products displayed on the Nazeel Platform are subject to the guidelines of the General Prison. I also confirm that, as a sender, I have the responsibility to comply with any changes or restrictions imposed by the General Prison regarding the addition of new items or the modification of recurring sending limitations for items. Compliance with the General Prison rules is essential for the successful processing of my requests.
